M B SONI & CO is managed by Mehul Dhrangadhariya a bachelor of commerce from Gujarat University. He is a member of the institute since 2007. He was a branch incharge and independently heading the office of V V Mehta & Associates till the year 2016. He is practicing individually and also is a managing partner at V V M B & Associates LLP. He is working with clients across the industries to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management. He is specialized for Internal Audit of corporate having multi-locations. He has contributed significantly in shaping the firm’s management audit practice. His core areas of practice include Internal Audit, Direct and Indirect Tax Compliance and Representation.
